What are you thoughts on the movies that you’ve seen and the books of these that you’ve read? I’ve seen the Amityville Horror, the Amityville Horror II: The Possession and the remake of the first one. Also, I’ve read the first book. Honestly, I like the remake best of the movies. But I liked the book better than the original Amityville Horror movie. What are your thoughts?
I mean I liked the remake better because it was more interesting.
Ya Amityville Horror 2005 was really very very boring. Not at all scary.
It’d recommend you Ring for that matter, at least it is much better a horror movie than Amityville Horror, enough to give you a few shivers…

I watched the amityville horror movie, (2005)
I found it alright, wasn’t that scary to me,
but in some ways i enjoyed it.

I saw the original Amityville Horror in the cinema when it first came out in the seventies. We laughed all the way through it. We thought the story was ridiculous and the blood on the walls had to be jam – but we were only teenagers….
At the time the movie first came out it was promoted as a true story. This added to the horror but the story was far from convincing.
